Reflexology is both an art and a science. It is simple, yet powerful. This class is designed to give you a solid foundational knowledge and the confidence to provide reflexology to your clients, as a stand-alone treatment or as an adjunct to the other services you already provide. 

In this class you will learn:

1.  A brief overview of the history of Reflexology.
2. What is “Zone Theory” and how it connects to modern reflexology.
3. Scientific evidence for confidence in the beneficial effects of Reflexology.  
4. Safe and Effective Techniques with ample time for hands-on practice.
5. Handouts: foot & hand charts, zone charts, and hand strengthening exercises for your selfcare.
6. Risks: When Reflexology is Contraindicated.

You will be provided with:  

• A quality Class Notebook
• Written instructions on how to provide a “full body” routine, as well as…
• Routines to address specific body systems, i.e. circulatory, digestive, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and urinary systems. 
  
• A Certificate of Training for 6 Continuing Education Units at completion of class.
  

After participating in this class, you will have the knowledge and hands-on techniques to provide sessions to address your clients specific concerns in a professional and thorough way!
