Getting It Right with Client Communication and Session Management (3hr CE)
The goal of this course is to help you retain your clients and build your request rate, which means greater workflow and potentially, income. We will cover things from each interaction that you have with your guests, starting with Greeting them and your Pre-Consultation through Post-Consultation and everything in between. Making sure that you ask the right questions before, during, and after your session are integral in making sure that you are delivering what the guest is looking for and explaining to them a treatment or maintenance plan going forward. This course is designed to help you build confidence in your ability to establish yourself as the licensed professional and increase your Request %.
